Role at TCS:

During her tenure at TCS, Kadambari held a unique role as a manager within the Communications group, which fell under the HR department. Her primary focus was to drive innovation and promote cohesion among various departments. The Communications group aimed to position TCS as the preferred employer and enhance employee experiences. She accomplished this by incorporating new technologies and media, brainstorming ideas and solutions, and developing applications, installations, and artifacts to streamline the employee journey and foster a sense of belonging.

In addition, she provided valuable guidance on technology adoption and recommended innovative tools to the head of the Communications group. She took charge of executing these recommendations, including hiring new talent and finding suitable vendors to bring the vision to life.

Projects:

Throughout her tenure, she achieved significant milestones with several noteworthy projects, including:

  1. Communication App: She spearheaded the development of a social media app specifically designed to enhance employee engagement. The app featured a range of features such as a radio, news feed, and networking capabilities, encouraging conversations and connections among employees.

  2. Games: She led the creation of a series of games aimed at educating employees about compliance. One standout game was "Catch the Tailgator," which challenged employees to navigate obstacles and securely reach the data center while incorporating crucial instructions from HR sessions.

  3. Installations: Recognizing the importance of team spirit, she oversaw the creation of infotainment wall projections within the office space. These installations allowed employees to celebrate their teams, fostering a positive and interactive environment for recognition and enjoyable experiences.

  4. E-icard: She conceptualized and developed prototypes for an electronic e-ink display icard. This innovative tool served multiple purposes, assisting employees in SOS situations, facilitating contact sharing during networking events, and offering various other features.

Through her successful execution of these initiatives, she played a pivotal role in modernizing the Communications group and ensuring its position as a leader in innovation within TCS.

GDC:
