Kadambari Sahu's role in MKSynergy began with presales activities, which involved comprehending the client's brief and effectively demonstrating the value of design within the project context. Once the project's scope was established in collaboration with the clients, a discovery session was conducted, led by Kadambari along with a Senior Interaction Designer. Following this discovery phase, Kadambari orchestrated a vision workshop and branding workshop based on the insights gathered. These workshops served to align various stakeholders on the client's side, enabling them to collectively define a roadmap. The discussions during these sessions not only clarified perspectives but also unearthed additional requirements and needs. What initially seemed like a straightforward redesign project was transformed into a comprehensive reimagining initiative, encompassing branding and a foundational framework. This framework was aimed at adopting a service design-based approach, emphasizing a relationship-first methodology in the application's development. Notably, the concept of MKSynergy extended beyond a standalone application, envisioning a bridge between diverse applications to create a cohesive ecosystem.
Working alongside a lean team comprised of a Senior Interaction Designer and a Senior Visual Designer, Kadambari provided design vision, direction, mentorship, and review. The UXG designers also made valuable contributions, participating in brainstorming sessions, creating illustrations, and developing animations.
The project achieved significant success, earning considerable acclaim from the client. Furthermore, it secured the Vega Digital Award for Web Application Design and the WOLDA Award for the Animated logo.
