Established the AI Research Lab, assembled and led the design capability, defined the vision for reusable AI design infrastructure, and guided the research, reviews, and productization efforts that transformed emerging AI patterns into a scalable organizational asset.

As AI initiatives expanded across products, accelerators, and client engagements, teams repeatedly encountered the same experience challenges—communicating AI involvement, presenting recommendations, handling uncertainty, preserving user control, and building trust.
Within the AI Research Lab, we recognized an opportunity to transform these recurring solutions into reusable design infrastructure. Guided by the principles established through the TRUST-AIXD framework, we researched, standardized, and productized AI interaction patterns into a production-ready component library.
The result was a reusable system of AI-native components, behaviors, and guidelines that accelerated AI product development, improved consistency across experiences, and enabled designers to build AI-powered products with greater confidence.
What began as a research initiative evolved into a strategic ValueLabs asset adopted across products, POCs, accelerators, and client engagements.
